Hey, there. It’s America’s #1 Sugar Mom, Robin Marshall. Here’s another set of chapters from my book of “faction,” that is a work of fiction, based on some truths. It’s called “The Diary of a Sugar Mom: Don’t Tell the Kids.”
If you haven’t heard the other chapters, I ask you to subscribe to my podcast on iTunes. This is a story about a rock-n-roll heroine, who got married, and had five kids. While some were still in High School and others in college, and her husband couldn’t or wouldn’t be able to support the family, Dora’s been offered a management position out of state, to work hard to provide for her family back home. A much different lifestyle than the one she’s been perusing!
Do you think she’ll do BOTH types of work for double the security once she gets there? These chapters explore what happens when Dora, short for Pandora, moves to this bigger city, to take the job that offers not just the money, but almost as importantly, the medical coverage benefits that you’d expect from a corporation. Now she feels her family is safe.
Instead of packing up the husband and kids, she leaves them in their own home to finish up school and be with their friends. Daddy becomes the primary parent, and Dora now has to support two homes: her’s and her kids.
I’d love to hear from you. Let me know how you’re enjoying the story. You’ll find the best way to contact me is through my website, www.sugarmom.net. Could You do what Dora did?
